Unbelievable Outcome

We had a six year old default judgment against our company that we were unaware of. The lender garnished our corporate account which crushed our business. Alex pulled the case files, found a defect in the original case filed against us and won. He then beat the lender on appeal to both the Court of A...ppeals and the Virginia Supreme Court. Unbelievable outcome.

Negotiated Acquisition

We were acquiring a small defense contractor that was a graduating 8(a) company. The due diligence process kept turning up surprises. Alex worked through all of the issues and reevaluated the enterprise value. He evaluated novation issues, a pending dispute, and contract compliance issues. He resol...ved or mitigated all of the issues without losing momentum on the deal. We closed the deal for less than we anticipated. I highly recommend Alex.

Expert in Business Litigation.

I, as a family law attorney, needed advice from an expert business litigation attorney for my son, who wanted to start up his own business. This area of law was outside of my scope of practice. I found Mr. Heidt to be professional, knowledgeable, and an expert in business law. I highly recommend h...im if you have any business contract, business formation or business litigation issue. As a litigator myself, I can tell that Mr. Heidt would have a strong court room presence if litigation would have become necessary.
