Wendy Barrow Culberson

I hired Wendy Culberson in the beganing of 2020 I’ve been waiting for the court date for my case that she was to file paid her lot of money have made so manny I don’t calls to her office for the last months no phone calls have been returned to me just wants. Said she was falling more paperwork I find... out today that she has left town. and her secretary told me that she has found none of my paperwork she has left town I went to another state and I have to obtain another attorney now and there’s no check or money left for a refund. There’s been no phone calls to me from this attorney saying she’s not gonna be my turn anymore so I feel like I’ve been taken. Be very careful you I was thinking about hiring her cause she did nothing for the money that I’ve given her so far according to her secretary.I was told to come pick up my file tomorrow and no refund as of now. What makes me upset is if this was all on the up and up why wouldn’t the attorney give me a call first why would his secretary be left holding the bag to tell everyone the bad news.

I took my ex to court because she wasn't taking my child to school. Court seems like a bit of game... lots of unknowns and is expensive. From what I can see she did a solid job and I am the custodial parent now. I was told by another attorney that her fees were reasonable compared to other, more "...flashy" representation.
