He lied to me about the plea bargain. Told me to take the 18 months cause "you don't want to do 10 years for something you didn't do" 10 years was way more then the max. During the trial I was trying to question him and he told me to remain quiet I was trying to question him because everything he tol...d me about the plea was contradicting from what the judge was saying . As it concluded he refused to speak to me..while I sat in ccdc he ignored all my mother's attempts to speak to him . He never given me my discovery. This was in 2014 here it is I go for my post conviction on 2024.
