Best possible outcome.
I was referred to Mr. Brueckner from a friend who stated that he was knowledgeable and honest and had helped others in a similar situation (DUI). From the very beginning Rich was responsive. I never had to wait more that an hour for him to return a call. He understood all of the implications that th...

DUI Defense
I recently hired Rich Brueckner to defend me in a DUI case. He was very honest and knowledgeable about the entire process from immediately after the arrest to my court day. "Our firm regularly refers clients charged with DUI/DWI and criminal offenses to Rich. Rich has an incredible amount of local knowledge regarding what a client can expect if charged with a DUI/criminal offense in Wicomico, Worcester, Somerset and other surrounding counties. I encourage college students, Ocean City visitors and anyone in between to seek Rich's services if they find themselves in handcuffs. I endorse Rich."
"Rich Brueckner is a trustworthy and diligent pro. He has a special relationship with his clients that is evident when I see him in court just before and after he handles their case. It also shows through their reviews of him in all online platforms. I see him regularly in the courts of the lower shore and his results speak for themselves. Top notch, hard worker. legal tactician and tireless."
"Richard Brueckner is an excellent attorney. He is a strong advocate for his clients and in making sure they get the best possible outcome in court. He is very knowledgeable in the law and has the great experience of having worked for the State's Attorney's Office. I endorse Richard without hesitation."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Richard Brueckner for ten years practicing criminal law with him on the Eastern Shore. I had many cases against him over the last decade when he was a local prosecutor and I was a criminal defense attorney. He is a talented trial attorney with in depth knowledge of criminal law. Having been a prosecutor myself for ten years, I know there is no better training ground for a criminal defense attorney than a long period of time serving as an Assistant State’s Attorney. Richard was not a one year and done prosecutor like other attorneys who advertise themselves as a former prosecutor. There are many intricate details in criminal law trial practice that can only be learned with years in the trenches as an Assistsnt State’s Attorney in the community where you practice. I know from my own experience in Wicomico and Worcester County and my observations of Richard in action that he serves his clients superbly."
"I endorse Richard Bruekner Jr. I have known him on a professional basis both when he was a former prosecutor for several years and I have also co-counsel worked cases with him. He is an excellent attorney who works hard on behalf of his clients."
"Excellent lawyer. Knows his stuff. Goes the extra mile for his clients. Hire him. You won't regret it."
