Great lawyer

He was the first lawyer I ever used and I made a great choice. Great lawyer and great guy. He helped my son with a DWI. He would call me back with any questions I had within minutes

The best of the best

When you want the best, you call the best. Mr. Brueckner las lived in this area and knows his way around the courtroom. When he believes in you, he gives the best of himself. I will use his services again and I will recommend him. Five stars, of course!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST ATTORNEY

Richard Brueckner represented me in a recent DUI case that occurred in Ocean City, MD along with a slew of other charges. I interviewed several attorneys of which many seemed like talking to a used car salesperson promising different outcomes, scenarios and far fetched claims. Then I spoke to Richard... who cut right to the chase through candor and honesty. I knew I was in trouble before talking to Richard which he confirmed and didn’t sugar coat that fact. Richard is extremely knowledgeable about Maryland law because he has vast experience and wisdom representing thousands of clients. He also answered EVERY one of my calls/texts over 6 months with questions I had, many were late in the evening or early in the morning. He made me feel like I was his only client giving me the attention I needed. Then things took an unexpected turn. Richard explored the root cause of why I broke the law, in my case it was many years of alcoholism combined with PTSD. He took a personal approach and encouraged me to get help for both which I did. His demeanor in that difficult conversation was spot on and accomplished something no family member or friend could for years. Being sober for 6 months has changed my life, if not saved it, and I owe this to Richard Brueckner. He genuinely cared about me as a person and not about the money like other attorneys I interviewed. Richard is well known in the Ocean City district court and what was most impressive was how well he is respected by the judge and District Attorney. You could clearly see this compared to how both interacted with other attorneys vs. Richard. THE OUTCOME EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS TENFOLD. This was 100% due to Richard’s case strategy again, pulling from his vast knowledge and wisdom practicing law. Selecting Richard as my attorney was the best choice hands down. He is very responsive (again answering 100% of my calls/texts), professional, extremely knowledgeable of the law, well respected by the court. He is one of the most decent human beings one can meet. There is no other attorney that will represent you better than Richard Brueckner, he is truly second to none.

Absolutely amazing. After receiving my DUI, I called Mr. Brueckner and he explained everything he would have me do and the end results free of charge. After I hired him, I did everything he told me to. I had questions late at night and he would always respond giving me contact peace of mind. He got m...e a very good deal with the judge and even after court he still answers all my questions.
