Mr. Burke is a truly local lawyer. He maintains one office and one office only. It is in Ocean City, Maryland, across from the Ocean City District Courthouse on 65th Street. He opened this office during the same month and year, April 1994, as the Courthouse opened its doors. Previously his office was downtown on Dorchester Street next to the District Court when it was located there. He has been a lawyer for 36 years and has never been a prosecutor or State's Attorney (a fact he is proud of). He believes in a strong, aggressive and thorough defense of people accused of Crime. The impact of a conviction on a person's record is too severe to take these matters lightly.
