Steven Ching Planzer

I recently secured Mr. Planzer to represent me in a deferred action application. I was requested to submit more evidence. The letters I presented to Planzer's office I was told were fine. Planzer's office submitted the documents and the application WITHOUT informing me first. Planzer claims he wo...uld not submit my information without first informing me. NOT TRUE. He is exactly the opposite. Planzer claims he informed me of various things regarding my application that may be a problem or reason of denial. AGAIN, NOT TRUE. Again the opposite occurred. He, Leah and Blanca gave me nothing but assurance and told me not to worry. I listened to them. BOY, WHAT A MISTAKE. My application was DENIED. A letter was mailed to them informing of the decision. They received the letter approximately three weeks before I was informed of a 33 day time limit to appeal. When confronted about this, PLANZER MERELY BLEW IT OFF WITH AN "OH WELL, IT JUST SLIPPED THROUGH THE CRACKS". He assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY for his own incompetence or the incompetence of his staff. My final appointment with, he did not even speak with me in his office. He spoke with me in the entry hall where any other person in the building of the first or second floor could have heard the conversation. Each time I was at his office, NOTHING WAS DISCUSSED PRIVATELY.
