In 2016, I needed to prepare my will and advanced directives as I was preparing to live overseas for a couple of years in a developing country. I had never prepared a will or advanced directives before! I had no idea what information I needed, what decisions I'd have to make. It seemed so daunting bu...t Ann made it all so easy. She printed out all of the necessary forms and she sat down with me, one on one, and went through all the details. She was very approachable and accessible - I could ask any question and she never made me feel stupid or silly. And I never once felt rushed. I've since recommended her to several family members and friends who've since gone on to retain her services.
