Robert Kline has opened his second office in Hagerstown, Maryland. He has substantial experience in commercial litigation, and creditors' rights, having served on the Board of Assoc. of Commercial Financial Attys and having written on these subjects on numerous occasions.
He has been a member of numerous bar associations, including National Assoc. of Retail Collection Attys, and has previously served as Board Member in the Assoc. of Comm. Finance Attorneys. He was the University of Baltimore Law Forum Editor and has been published in the Equipment Financing Journal, Eastern Association of Equipment Lessors, Commercial Aviation Report and Commercial Law Bulletin.
