I have worked with this man over a number of years with the child support enforcement agency. I began to feel like it was a broken program, but came to realize it was this gentleman's neglect. Despite meeting with him several times, he never knew who I was. He has no interest in collecting child supp...ort, but rather just wants to keep individuals out of court. It was years, yes years, of my ex being in contempt before the child support enforcement agency *Mr. Ocampo * even brought the case to trial. He then proceeded to guide the default parent in ways to avoid paying. Month after month after month. It didn't matter that the individual didn't have a job it didn't matter that the arrears continued to grow. Again, I began to feel the system was broken until I spoke to another lawyer that confirmed how absurd this situation was. So long story short if you are the parent in default, it is your lucky day to have this lawyer. If you are looking for support for your children and you have been assigned this man, start a go fund me to try to get a real lawyer.
