Outstanding Attorney - She will fight for you
Unfortunately, Ashley was not my original attorney, and I was involved in a case that should never have even made it into the system. As fortune would have it, I was able to switch firms and retain Ashley. She used her expertise to review my evidence, develop a strategy, and prove my innocence. Ashley and Taryn, her Legal Assistant, worked very hard to ensure the truth was presented accurately and clearly. They were patient and thoughtful, keeping me informed as the case proceeded. At the end the truth prevailed with excellent representation and performance by Ashley. The case closed in my favor and Ashley was even able to recover some of my attorney fees from the Plaintiff. I believe Ashley to be hardworking, honest, and with integrity. She will fight for you and cares about your wellbeing. I wholeheartedly recommend Ashley as your attorney if you are lucky enough to retain her. I would also like to give a special shoutout to Taryn. She is very helpful, caring, and responsive and will be your conduit to Ashley when she is working as hard for other clients as she is for you.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!
I was given a recommendation by a very good friend to retain Ashley as my legal representative and that may have been some of the best advice I’ve received in quite a long time. I am passing that advice onwards if you are seeking legal representation. First, she’s extremely intelligent and has remarkable knowledge of the law, quickly translating any concerns or questions into valuable legal advice. She is clear and concise, timely with her responses, and certainly has the client’s best interest in mind. If you have a question on a response or need clarification, she takes the time to thoroughly explain. If it is a concern and bothering you then ask it. She will address it as she does with everything, professionally and courteously. Second, she’s extremely personable. Legal issues often are difficult to discuss feeling somewhat intrusive and uncomfortable at times. Talking about them is that much easier when it is with someone that has a pleasant and calming demeanor as she displays. Lastly, Ashley cares! From the start you can easily see she is an advocate for your concerns. She doesn’t just hear you but listens to you. I’ve been a number or just a client lost in the shuffle before, and it is extremely frustrating. This is NOT the case with Ashley and from the first consultation to our last correspondence, she was fully engaged, and her enthusiasm did not wane. Regardless of an issue that may seem small or petty to some but important to you, she will provide you with her perspective and legal options letting you make the decision on your own. My specific needs pertained to family law and child support. I cannot recommend Ashley enough. If you are reading this and looking for an attorney, then do yourself a favor and pursue her expertise!

Pure excellence
In November 2018 I was emotionally exhausted after a year long battle in the courts for my granddaughter. I made a promise to my granddaughter when she was born June 2017 that I would always look out for her best interest. My son and his girlfriend were actively using Heroin, PCP, fentanyl, cocaine and any other drug they could find.. In February 2018 I obtained temporary emergency custody after my granddaughter was found in a PCP house downtown at 4 am when a person overdosed. I had my grandchild until August 2018 when the magistrate decided to give her back stating, “just because a parent is an addict doesn’t mean they can’t be a good parent”. After the magistrates decision I was not allowed to see my granddaughter for two months and hired a private detective which cost me more money and heartbreak. In October 2018 I found out my son was sleeping in the car actively shooting heroin and my granddaughter was again involved in drug deals while her mother was using in her presence. I reached out to my prior attorney who told me to “just move on and get over it “. I was referred to Ashley Wilburn by the private detective. I was made aware that she had previously worked for child protective services as their attorney and she was 100 percent invested in the best interest of children. Again I was desperate and heartbroken. I made an appointment with Ashley and immediately felt as if she was LISTENING to me. She gave me some of the best advice of my life in regard to my granddaughter and her safety. Wihtin 4 weeks I again had temporary emergency custody and my granddaughter was again safe and happy. As of March 09, 3020 I have permanent custody of this precious child who will be 3 in June. After two years I can sleep knowing she will never again be subject to drug dealers and unsafe living conditions. I owe so much to Ashley and words cannot express how grateful I am to her. I know in my heart if I had not made that consultation with her in 2018 when I was so lost that my granddaughter may not be alive today. Ashely is truly an amazing attorney, wife, mother, sister and now my friend for life.

Amazing Lawyer
From the first consultation I was treated with respect and informed of everything in a way I could understand I have had over a dozen attorneys in my life for various things and Ashley is hands down the very best attorney I have ever had or met. She was on top of everything during the entire process and was always two steps ahead of anything that could happen. She knew the law backwards and forwards and was relentless in serving my interest. She was very proactive and aggressive on my behalf. After my original case was over something else arose and she handled that immediately. I would never want to be in a courtroom without her by my side and I would be very intimidated if she was the opposing council. Words can’t express how truly satisfied I am for hiring her. She is worth her weight in gold and there’s no amount I wouldn’t pay to have her as my attorney. Again the best attorney I’ve ever had the privilege of using out of many and very personable and easy to talk to on top of that!!!!!!

Amazing, talented, and hard working
Ashley took time to help me work through everything in regards to my divorce and helped me get everything I wanted. She stuck by and held firm grounds when going back and forth with my ex’s attorney. I am very pleased with her service and aid through a difficult and trying time.

Very Disappointed Bait and Switch
After reading high reviews decided hire her. She was wonderful during consultation and we thought had an attorney we needed for custody case. Constantly telling me to settle and give way more than felt comfortable doing. Fired and went with another attorney and got everything kept trying tell her we wanted and for much less money. She was quick to give my case to another attorney in her firm. Could never speak with her but have an outrageous bill for nothing but bunch emails. I do not recommend this attorney. Regret ever hiring her. I wanted Ashley but my case was handed over to another attorney. Felt like bait and switch.
