Jacob Benson Craven

I hired Mr. Craven on a Monday afternoon for a misdemeanor. He spoke with the State’s Attorney Office and had it NP (dropped, it had no merit) and filed to have it expunged from my record. This was by Thursday of that same week! I wish I had called him sooner and saved myself the aggravation and wor...ry over Something that a person filed against me that didn’t have merit. I thought it would have been dropped, but it wasn’t. It turned into a bench warrant issued for my arrest for failure to appear to a trial that I didn’t receive notice of. It just came in the regular mail after the warrant was issued. I was dumbfounded. Jake Craven took time to speak to me immediately, and walked me through best and worst case scenarios. He called me 48 hours after our first meeting to tell me the warrant was recalled and the charges were dropped! I would highly recommend him!
