My son was in a serious car accident and we just did not know what to do.. But then we were introduced to Mr Campen who from day one gave us hope.. . It was not just about the compensation for my son's injuries but the way Mr Campen would talk with us, keep in constant communication, check on John's... recovery process, encourage and sympathetized with us.. As a busy single mother it was a blessing to have met such a caring and compassionate person whom I could trust to do his best for us so that I would not have to deal with that burden and could focus on nursing my son back to health.. When I was younger, I did dumb things, just like a lot of people. But in spite of doing dumb things, Steve never made me feel dumb when I came to him for help. He was empathic with my case, and the first thing he did is explain the entire process, how we could be pro-active and start working together... immediately, and what I could expect as a result. And beyond that, he was upfront and honest about each step of the process from start to finish, even if there was a hard truth! You want someone like that representing you, and I was so glad I had Steve to personally speak for me and help me through my case. Also, his office staff was responsive and knowledgable when I called with any question, so I never felt uninformed. I contacted Steve Campen by phone. I gave him the particulars of my case and what I would like to have him do. I was contacted by his associate shortly thereafter for follow-up information and within a reasonable amount of time, I received the document I needed as well as an invoice that was within... the parameters of what we discussed and reflected his sensitivity to the restricted resources available to pursue this case. I was vey pleased to be able to write this review for someone I would go back to even though I moved a 1,000 miles away!!
