Extremely disappointed with best interest attorney (BIA) assigned by the court. She is completely disengaged from reality and does not act in the best interest of the children and only panders to the mother. I was an advocate for a BIA and asked my attorney to request one due to serious parental a...lienation, they dropped the ball and didn’t for months. Eventually one was requested but by then it was too late and the parental alienation damage by the other parent was done and continues to be made worse daily by the BIA from this firm. If I could give you zero stars and rename your title to least interest attorney I would. Seriously people, if your ex will actually talk to you like an adult then I suggest you sit down and settle and stop feeding the family court pig.

Hiring Shondell Foster was the biggest mistake of my life. Instead of advocating for me in my divorce, they ran me into $50,000 of debt, left me with zero equity in the home I purchased, and failed to secure even the full child support I’m legally entitled to—despite my ex being a very high earner. T...heir complete incompetence and lack of effort have put me in a financial hole I may never recover from. But the damage they caused didn’t stop there. Their billing practices were outright fraudulent—they padded invoices with excessive charges, refused to provide itemized breakdowns, and bled me dry with no accountability. Every request for clarification was ignored or met with responses designed to gaslight me into believing their blatant overcharging was normal. They were far more committed to robbing me blind than actually doing their job. Their failure to communicate was just as egregious. Emails went unanswered for weeks, and when I did get a response, it was dismissive, vague, or full of excuses. Any attempt to push for actual legal strategy was brushed off, and instead of fighting for what was fair, they took the path of least resistance—leaving me with nothing. It’s clear they were either completely incompetent or just didn’t care about anything but collecting their bloated fees. If you want an attorney who will overcharge you, ignore you, and completely fail to protect your interests, then by all means, hire Shondell. But if you value your time, money, and future, RUN in the opposite direction. DLaw is an absolute disgrace to the legal profession.
