Totally unethical and not trustworthy
Russell T. Horman was the closing attorney when we purchased our home, and he knowingly sold us a worthless title insurance policy. He continues to to collect fees from unsuspecting clients on other worthless policies and actively works against the buyers' interests. Totally unethical and very sleazy...
