Narcissistic Big Talker

Since he is disbarred I will not bother describing the always under construction place he calls an “office”. Very unprofessional. Brought his huge dog with him to appointments that he always arrived late for. Made promises that he could not deliver on. Never once was given a retainer form to read but... he demanded getting his retainer before he would begin, which was OK but still we were never given any agreements or were never asked to sign anything. Since he seemed to like the sound of his own voice so much, he gave us little opportunity to talk or fully describe our case to him. All he repeated was how great he was and if he can not get the result he is after, we were going to the Supreme Court. This guy is a big bag of wind and I suspect he may have a drug issue based on his erratic behavior. Very disorganized and disheveled. He truly did not listen to what our case was which made us very uneasy. How can you represent us if you do not allow us to give you the facts of our situation? He talked like a big shot and told us no one would walk away with one charge as if so, he was taking this to the Supreme Court. The State made us a great offer but due to Jason not following thru with what was asked of him to do, our day in court was awful. Thanks buddy for the three supervised years of probation on a charge that was here say. I so wanted to believe him but as the first year passed with many postponements, the result “promised” was not even close to what was supposedly agreed to by the State before our day in court. Truth came out in front of the judge that the States Attorney said he would not return her calls or emails so she laid down the worst possible outcome due to his lack of attention and responses to discuss the deal she wanted to offer. We will see you in court again but this time, you best find a good attorney as you are going to need it! Shame on you

Such a genuine person ❤

During my case Jason was prompt at getting back to me with any and every bit of information that he had on my case. My case was a very large drug case with 3 different raids all within a months time frame, it was not an easy fight. Jason was able to work his magic while I was incarcerated and was abl...e to work a plea deal with the state for time served, 26 weeks drug treatment, and probation. He is a genuine person whom cares about his clients and puts his all into each battle that he fights. I would highly recommend him as a lawayer.

The Golden Boy

Although my offense wasn't as serious as others, he treated it as if it was the biggest case he has ever worked on. He made surethat I knew what I was dealing with. My offense was Driving w/o a license. And at the time, I was on probation and he found ways for me not to violate probation. Jason is a ...king amongst men and when you're in a conversation of any topic with him, you'll hear his truth.

He's a fighter!!

Represented in a criminal matter. The state offered me 3 years supervised probation. Jason Shoemaker got me 1 day ( yes ONE day) unsupervised probation before judgement. I have watched him rescind an affidavit of parentage based on fraud and win back support for the father. He is very dedicated to th...e law and the importance of balance in the system. I would never hire another attorney!
