Simmons had apparently discussed my case information with the attorney (whom I won't name) that he would have been up against. I know that for a fact because of some of the things he said he couldn't have known. The level of the trust of client/lawyer confidentiality was compromised before I walke...d into his office. I am a retired paralegal so I know the law pretty good and ended up hiring an objective attorney from another area and won my case. Maybe if he had known that at one time years ago that my grandfather could have bought and sold Cambridge, he would have treated me differently. Don't use him as an attorney.
