Born in Ridgefield, Connecticut, Jesse moved to the Eastern Shore and started a family after law school. Upon graduating law school, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Paul M. Bowman, Circuit Court Judge for Kent County. Following his clerkship, Jesse served as a Dorchester County Assistant State's Attorney. He is barred in both Maryland and Connecticut.
While working as an Assistant State's Attorney, Jesse specialized in cases involving felony drugs, handguns, the Department of Natural Resources, DUI offenses, and serious automobile accidents. Jesse was also specially appointed to the Attorney General's Task Force on Environmental Enforcement and the Attorney General's Task Force on Organized Crime. A very great lawyer

This Lawyer has to be Heaven sent !
I had a case that has been worrying me since September 17, 2020. It was for DUI and poss. of CDS and a deadly weapon. I was having dreams about going to prison. Mr Hicks told me not to worry because he is a good lawyer and he knows what he's doing. And he was more than right. He got my case dismissed...

Highly recommend Jesse!
Jesse was excellent! He helped me with a speeding ticket i got in Queen Anne county, MD. My license would have been suspended due to existing points plus the new points, but he was able to help me avoid suspension. I appreciate all his help & advice, and highly recommend his services!
