Professional

Ms. Ross was extremely professional and empathetic towards my situation she remained that way from the first day I met her until the process was completed. She was very clear with her direction, I was included and was aware of the process and knew what to expect. Thank you

Professional and Personable

Ms. Ross walked me through every aspect of the bankruptcy procedure, made sure that all of my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with every step. She treated me with respect, compassion and understanding, not once did I feel badly about myself or my decision to file bankruptcy. Her kn...owledge of the law made this painless and not as stressful as I had expected it would be. I always felt that she was available to me to answer questions and give advice. Even after the process was closed, Ms. Ross still made a point to follow up and make sure that I was still doing well and didn't have additional questions.

Extremely understanding and nonjudgemental

This was a hard time for me and Andie made it so easy. She gave me a list of 'to dos' and she did the rest. She was extremely organized and handled EVERYTHING. All i had to do was follow her instructions. What i really appreciated is that if i felt uneasy or had a question she made me feel confident.... This is a hard thing to go through and she understands that. I highly recommend her. I found her at pro bono in easton but also saw her ad for top lawyers in Whats up Eastern Shore magazine.

Ms. Ross was a pleasure to work with. She is very thorough and makes sure she is prepared for her day in court. She made sure I understood each and every step of the process, was very supportive and was calming to me during a stressful time . I am grateful to have found such a good lawyer!

highly recommend for seniors

I am so thankful that I met "Andie" Ross through the senior citizen center in Denton. She was very informative at our first meeting, letting me know exactly what my choices were to address my situation. At our later meetings she always made sure that I understood exactly where we were in the bankrupt...cy process and what would be coming next. She never made me feel like I was lost in the mire of paperwork. She is extremely competent and made me feel like I was part of the process. Being a senior citizen and in financial difficulties is tough enough and Andie always made me feel I was in good hands. I will always be grateful to her for her help getting through a very difficult time.
