OUTCOME: NACARA Granted

The client's husband and daughter had been granted NACARA in court, and she was left off in error. The attorney in the case was later suspended, and did not act in time to get my client NACARA. Her c ... ase languished for a decade because EOIR had jurisdiction but she had TPS. By reaching out the Chicago Asylum Office, we were able to have her file a new I-589 backdated to her husband's filing (where she was named) so USCIS could take jurisdiction over NACARA claim.
