I am very unhappy with a real estate closing conducted by this office. They took 5 full days (3 business days) after closing to wire my mortgage payoff, costing me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary interest. Living far from this office, I did not attend settlement, but overnighted my signed document...s to the office before closing. I did not receive countersigned copies of my closing documents for approximately 20 days after closing and only after following up and requesting them. This office was selected by the buyer, but I paid this attorney a closing fee and additional fees to handle the mortgage payoffs. I asked if they believed they earned the fees they charged me and that question went unanswered. I would not recommend this office.

My husband and I have been in real estate for over 11 years and have recommended Craig Ingram to our clients over and over. Why? Because Craig is by far the most knowledgeable real estate attorney in our area and when buyers leave the closing table - they know exactly what they have purchased and if ...there are any encroachments, etc. His staff is excellent and they are quick to get back with you.
