Very knowledgeable Expert in Family Law
When I realized that my marriage was ending and that I was going to need legal representation, I met with Randy Herriott. "I have had many cases with Mr. Herriott as opposing counsel and have always found him to be fully prepared, well versed in the law, professional, trustworthy. I can also count on him to be willing to fight as needed for his client's interests while at the same time cooperatively working to settle our clients' respective issues as opposed to pushing for unnecessary costly litigation."
"Mr. Herriott is a seasoned litigator, particularly in the area of divorce, custody, and family law. In the cases we have litigated as opposing attorneys, he has always vigorously represented his clients while providing them with sound counsel and realistic advice. In my opinion, he is a consummate professional."
"Mr. Herriott is a gifted trial attorney. I observed him try several personal injury cases early in his career. He is a thorough lawyer that has thought out every angle of a case before trial. I highly recommend Mr. Herriott."
"I used to work with Mr. Herriott and have seen him try several cases. He is an aggressive and detailed trial lawyer. He is one of the best lawyers at cross-examining difficult witnesses that I have observed. I have sent clients to Mr. Herriott and my clients have always thanked me for directing them to such a fierce advocate."
