Biography
I primarily focus on debtor-side bankruptcy. I handle approximately 200 bankruptcy cases a year and twenty adversary proceedings (lawsuits that arise in the context of a bankruptcy case). Each case is important and we treat chapter 7 clients with the same level of respect and care as corporate cases. I do not charge for the consultation and I'm always willing to find the best solution for my clients.
I am a member of the Maryland, D.C. and California bars as well as the United States District Courts for the District of Maryland, District of Columbia, Northern District for the District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
