I went to Mark after reviewing his website and I'm glad I did. My case concerned my previous employer not paying me the commissions that were due me after I left their employment. After explaining everything to Mark he told me I had a case and that he was willing to take it. I instructed him that I d...id not want to have any direct communication with my previous employer and that he was to handle everything. From this point forward Mark acted in a pure professional manner. He sent me copies of all paperwork filed and kept me up to date by email. In the end we settled the case for the full amount due me plus Mark's fee. In conclusion, I can't say enough about how Mark handled the case.
