Gregory Ross Singer

Greg is an associate with Lochner Law Firm, P.C., an admiralty and maritime practice in Maryland which represents clients throughout the United States in the maritime industry.  Our practice focuses on federal admiralty litigation for recreational and commercial passenger vessels, which includes vessel arrests, towing & salvage, maritime liens, personal injury/Jones Act claims, and preferred ship mortgages and vessel financing.  We also provide transactional services to shipowners such as offshore transactions, foreign flagging, International Business Corporation (IBC) formation, and we provide general counsel representation to private yacht owners to navigate the complexities of vessel staffing and international voyages.

Greg is a graduate of Calvert Hall in Towson, Maryland and St. John's College in Annapolis, Maryland.  He earned his law degree cum laude from the College of William and Mary, which he attended on a Graduate Fellowship, and where he was an accompished member of the Moot Court team and the Bill of Rights Journal.  Greg previously clerked for the U.S. Coast Guard's First District Legal Division, and is an avid cruising and racing sailor with thousands of miles of offshore sailing experience.  Greg brings his extensive maritime background and his legal training to provide the best and most cost-effective representation to his maritime clients' causes.
