I must have engaged Carolyn for a year, or more, before I stopped dithering and began the actual bankruptcy process. She was unfailingly kind, informative and patient (!) until I said to start the ball rolling. Throughout the entire process, she was magnificent...answering all e-mails, texts and .../ or phone calls promptly, and always with useful and correct information or suggestions. Her empathy and compassion made a highly stressful five years much more bearable than they would otherwise have been. At all times, she was highly professional.
