Shakaira Simone Mollock

Simone has went above and beyond for my husband and I since day one. She charges very fairly and gets great results. He was facing 20+ years for a stupid mistake, simply bc of his background. She got him home with no jail time. She's excellent at communicating and has even been there for us in emerge...nt situations on weekends, holidays, and late nights.

Simone "represented" me in a simple domestic violence case; I say "represented" me because she showed up 1 1/2 late for my case causing my children and I (including my 6 month old baby) to be ordered to vacate our home. She quickly filed two motions to undo what she had caused, both were DENIED, one ...because she didn't file it correctly. For the next two months she assured me that she was working on my case and filing all appropriate motions to help get my kids and I Justice; she did nothing! She lied about working on my case, she lied about filing motions, she had conversations with my stbx's attorney that I was not aware of. Simone did nothing to help my kids and I even get our clothes; she did not even file for child support although I was an unemployed-stay at home mother. My kids and I were left with nothing because of Simone's negligence. Now I'm working to undo what Simone Mollock did to my kids and I because no attorney is willing to touch the mess that her incompetence has created.

This lawyer at first appeared to take interest and seemed to have a great game plan, then once a payment was made to work on separation agreement the communication went south. Tasks promised that would be done, weren't, and had to continually followup with calls and emails due to lack of communicati...on. Things were lost or deleted and even mailed to my house in which I never received. I felt like I was an unimportant case. I was asked to make an appointment but the time was never confirmed and was unable to leave a msg with the lawyer. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. In fact I did recommend her to someone before I experienced what I did and she would never get back to my friend either.
