I went in to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy. Mr. Ingalls would not answer a single question without collecting the fee. I was ready to file but did not know cash was needed. His receptionist did not mention only cash. It was late and I had one question that he would not answer until I went to the ba...nk machine. I thought that was unprofessional on his part so I left. I called back later to speak with the receptionist and she was rude and unprofessional as well. What lawyer's office argues with a potential client? She was nasty and wanted to be right. I told her she was being hostile and I wasn't going to do business with them. She hung the phone up on me. I was calm and ready to find out why I wasn't told about having cash. Do not choose this lawyer. Very poor customer service techniques. I should have known when I was solicited by mail that it wasn't a good idea.
