Mr. Renner aggressively applied his skills to creating a will that is thoroughly in line with my wishes. He was patient in explaining all aspects of the will including what was and was not possible. He coordinated the legalities of the will on the phone with my financial preparer so that beneficiar...ies of the annuities and those mentioned in the will lined up perfectly allowing no ambiguities at the time of dispersement. This has allowed me 100% peace of mind, and I am grateful for that.

Mr. Renner handled my 1031 Exchange and also has a QI in his office, Mr. Burgess he worked with to handle the sale funds for this process. This is an exchange allowing sale funds from one property to purchase another property tax free if certain qualifications are met. Mr. Renner did an excellent jo...b as always. He is thorough and detailed. I have used him for many years as my attorney working on business, will and trust affairs and have been very satisfied with his concern, care and follow through with my needs. An attorney listening to my desires, thoughts and then advising me and making it happen is important. I would highly recommend him!!

I am not one to really write reviews but I felt the need to do so in this case. I have been a client of Mr. Renners for the past 3 years. Mr. Renner has helped me grow my companies into a multi-million dollar business'. He is very thorough in all of is his work. Not only will he give you the best cou...nsel, but if you ask he will also explain things to you in a way that's understandable to those of us who do not have a law degree lol. I could go on and on about the good things he has done for me and my companies over the past three years. I'll leave at this, I currently still use Mr. Renner for all of my corporate legal work and have no intentions on using anyone else as long as he practices law. Truly a great attorney.
