Biography
Attorney Rossbach is passionate about AGGRESSIVELY representing and PROTECTING individual RIGHTS. Having been selected to participate in the Disability Law Clinic, in law school, she learned early on how vital it is to protect the rights of inviduals, who are underepresented and taken advange of in our society.
Since entering private practice, she has concentrated on areas of Education Law, Bankruptcy, Consumer Law, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury. She is a certified Mediator and is committed to the empowerment of individuals through constructive conflict resolution. She has appeared in State and Federal Courts and Administrative Hearings across the state of Maryland.
Ms. Rossbach received her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and her Bachelor Degree, magna cum laude, from Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond Virginia. She was the recipient of the prestigious World Study Scholarship and studied at the University of Nice in France.Ms. Rossbach is fluent in English, French and Russian.
She resides in Baltimore with her family and Spanish Water Dog. She is an avid Yogi, Artist, Gardner and Lover of Steamed Crabs! Every Fall, she runs the Baltimore Running Festival, to raise money for Kennedy Krieger Institute, .

I got into a pickle by accidentally brining something in my carry on luggage that I should not have.
