Frank E. Turney graduated from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland in 1989. In 1992, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law and was admitted to the Maryland Bar. In 1993, Mr. Turney founded his law firm, The Law Offices of Frank E. Turney, P.A. to provide Baltimore residents with representation from bankruptcy attorneys and personal injury attorneys with significant experience.
As an experienced criminal, bankruptcy lawyer and personal injury attorney in Maryland since 1993, Mr. Turney has tried jury and nonjury cases in many Maryland state courts. Mr. Turney specializes in personal service to his clients. Though his primary practice areas are in the capacity of a bankruptcy attorney, personal injury lawyer and criminal attorney, Mr. Turney also handles a number of other practice areas.
Mr. Turney is active in several civic and charitable organizations and was recently honored by the Baltimore County Bar Association for his pro bono work on behalf of indigent clients. Mr. Turney is a fluent Spanish-speaker and licensed commercial pilot.
