Bradley Shepherd, is the owner and Managing Attorney of BSS Law, LLC which has offices in Catonsville and Columbia. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all the State and Federal Courts of Maryland. While attending the University of Baltimore School of Law, Bradley twice competed in the National Trial Competition. In addition to his studies, Bradley worked as a law clerk at Ward & Co., Chtd., a general practice law firm in Glen Burnie, MD.
After being sworn in as a Maryland attorney, Bradley continued at Ward & Co. as an associate. There he successfully represented clients in the District, Circuit, and Federal Courts of Maryland in diverse fields of law, including personal injury, criminal defense, traffic, divorce, custody, probate, landlord-tenant, real estate, creditor’s rights, and debtor defense. While employed by Chason, Rosner, Leary & Marshall, LLC Bradley focused his practice on civil litigation, including medical malpractice, motor vehicle torts, premises liability, and personal injury.
Bradley opened BSS Law, LLC so that he can give detailed and personalized attention to every client. Working as a solo practitioner ensures that his clients only work with him, and are never passed off onto someone less qualified. He handles criminal defense, traffic, peace and protective orders, personal injury, family law, estate planning, corporate formation and counseling, as well as landlord / tenant matters and general civil litigation. Due to his diverse background, Bradley is well suited to assist clients in just about any matter that they require help in. Bradley is frequently appointed by the State of Maryland to represent indigent clients at Initial Appearance Hearings where he argues for reasonable bail and release of recent arrestees. He also serves as a panel attorney for the Office of the Public Defender.
