Vinayak Saxena

I got a consultation from Vinayak as per my earlier review (dated September 11, 2020). I actually hired his services. It was a mistake on my part to incorrectly enter that in my review. I would edit or add an update to my first entry on this review page but this website doesn't seem to allow that. Bu...t none of this changes my positive experience with him.

Consulted with Vinayak on an F-1 visa related employment authorization issue (STEM OPT application). Was referred to him by someone trustworthy who has spent years dealing with lawyers. I had very little time to deal with an RFE but he took the time out to help me respond to the USCIS. His guidance w...as specific, clear to understand and addressed just what had to be done. Nothing more, nothing less. He told me bluntly, but calmly when I was having trouble understanding something (which is what I was hoping for) and then told me how I can fix it. He obviously has good knowledge of that area of the law and although sometimes he wasn’t hesitant to say if he wasn’t sure about a particular issue, he promised to find out more and then let me know instead of misguiding me, and he was true to his word. I’d want all these qualities in an attorney for any legal issue at any time. Should the day come, I know who I’m going to call for legal advice or representation, but he’s helped me see to it that it won’t be for this specific case - that one’s a done deal for good.

Vinakyak is the best attorney I’ve had the pleasure of working with, he’s become a good friend and since my own experience I have referred friends of my own to him. His staff members are just as pleasant and go above and beyond to help you the best way they can. Vinayak definitely made my experience ...much more easier and calming to go through.
