I'm very pleased with Ms. Trimble's guidance and assistance to nullify a contract for replacement of residential windows. The company had repeatedly failed to provide clear answers to my questions pertaining to their product. Susan petitioned the company to take corrective action and when they were... unresponsive, she directed me to a process to get my deposit refunded and to notify the company the contract was being terminated. All of this took time but she was thorough, methodical, and kept me informed while she tended to the details. I appreciate that her approach was unbiased and fully grounded in legal principles. Working with Susan was amazing from start to finish. She was very responsive and answered all of my questions. What was so refreshing was how on top of everything she was. The court had a huge lag but I was aware of what was coming and how things would work because Susan was on top of it.
