My wife and I had a very atypical CH7 case with multiple properties and other complications that, at first glance, made it look like our case wouldn't pass the presumption of abuse test. In fact, it failed when we used the supplied calculator. So going in I thought we might have to file a CH13. Do...ug reviewed our situation and felt confident we could file a successful CH7.
