Wonderful service on my Chapter 7.

Right from the start, I had a warm feeling when I hired Mr. Logan and staff for my Chapter 7. First, there was the Consultation, followed by the emailing of paperwork which I signed via the computer and scanner. Then there was the Meeting of Creditors followed by the Discharge. James and staff wer...e very efficient and professional. Start to finish it took approximately three months.

Grateful

James logan is very efficient and helpful the way he explained the procedure to me was to the point and exactly the way it worked .I was able to re establish my credit and got a new car in less that 6 months after with a 6 % interest rate .

When I went to Mr. Logan with my problem, I was in a state of worry, confusion and disappointment. When I left his office I felt a since of relief. When the process was taking place, I was nervous, yet Mr. Logan made me feel confident that things will be taken care of. That made me put my faith in G...od and him. Now that it's over, he has really changed my life and I can look forward to enjoying my family and friends without that burden that I had . I really thank Mr. Logan and my friends that supported me through that hardest time in my life.

Outstanding Attorney

I consulted with Jim concerning some complicated financial issues I was experiencing. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Due to his practical advice I was able to get back to sound financial footing. I would recommend him to my friend and family without hesitation.

Excellent Attorney

I am pleased to say Mr. Logan is an excellent Attorney. I became his client while struggling to keep my home. He assisted me through the whole process. He was always available to answer my questions.
