Very poor communicator

Any lawyer can claim that they have your best interest at heart, but it takes a dilligent attorney to guide you through the difficult process of representation and keep you well informed in your case, what should be expect by the other side and to keep you reasonably informed about delays, unexpectan...cies and formalities. This lawyer doesn't fill any of these requirements, and is a very poor communicator, doesn't return messages. RUN!!! and don't look back!

ADA Lawsuit

I hired him to represent me in a case against Rite Aid Corporate for Wrongfully Termanation. I always had to call him to check on my case and he would say let me get back to you. I felt as though he sold me out. Because he told me that in the end that he didn’t think I would really get that much afte...r getting my hopes up with all theses millions and then coming back and telling me they were willing to give me a year’s salary. So I said I would agree to that as long as they pay the taxes. And he told me they said they would. Tax time came and I got tax forms $47,000.00 no taxes at all. They put it like a Salary so I was screwed. I didn’t work for that. So the IRS wanted the Taxes for it. So where is a Senior Citizen supposed to get15,000.00. He got $24,000.00 for my case which was horrible I thought. He received more than I did. I felt like personally was misrepresented and I told him that. And he said I am so sorry that you didn’t trust me
