I presided over administrative law hearings in Washington, DC for twelve years.

I have written contracts, negotiated contracts and represented clients in contract disputes. I have experience in service and good contracts, including software "shrinkwrap" negotiations and contracts.

As it relates to my other practice areas. For example, I will litigate a probate dispute when managing a probate estate. I litigate property tax appeals throughout the state of Maryland.
