Lawyer Steve Reichert is an outstanding property tax appeal attorney and an excellent caring person as well. His approach of appealing excessively high property tax assessments by stressing recent comparable sales and their assessment per square foot of buildings and land makes a great deal of sense.... Homeowners use Steve to analyze your assessment situation and have him handle your property tax appeal. Do not assume that the state assessment office got your assessment close to correct.
