The entire process was extremely disappointing. We consulted with several attorneys, all of whom provided prompt, consistent information and thoroughly answered our questions. In contrast, William Dave Jackson's responses felt rushed and unhelpful. His attitude throughout the consultation came across... as arrogant, yet he was desperate for our work. Calls were not returned OR he called in the middle of the night! Had another attorney verify the sloppy information William provided, and it was very crooked. Based on this experience, we chose not to retain his services for obvious reasons. Had a gut feeling he was not right.

I am attorney William H. "Dave" Jackson. There is a forthcoming defamation lawsuit in connection with the negative reviews that somehow pop up from an "anonymous" source, over and over again. No idea why services like Avvo allow obvious and apparent fraudulent reviews to persist. Whenever I have them... removed...right back. Not this time though. Will finally take the time to pursue this person/company through court to ascertained their/its identity.

We thought we were the only ones with issues with this guy. The interaction was very shady and unprofessional. He has a very disgusting and demanding demeanor yet begs you to sign on as a client. The entire conversation with Dave was a recycled used car salesman pitch. Based on the information he ...provided, not quite sure how he is even licensed to practice. The other attorneys we met were completely the opposite. You should definitely do your research before thinking about this guy or you will regret it.

I would advise great caution and be HIGHLY skeptical before using William for a consultation or any service. He is very deceitful and will tell you anything just to get you to sign on as a client. Please do not make the same mistake we did. Would never recommend his services to anyone, not even an en...emy. Beware.
