Jonathan Duke Kassolis

Due to an error (by the IRS) on my returns last year, they misread my capital gains cost basis and I received a letter from them talking about penalties, fraud, etc. I was beside myself and left to try to untangle the mess of forms and appropriate steps to clear up something that was no fault of min...e. I contacted Jon and within the day he worked me me to fill out the appropriate forms and submitted everything to the IRS. His tax expertise and confidence was very reassuring, and within a few weeks the IRS absolved me of any wrongdoing and/or further payments or penalties. That first time working with Jon was all the proof I needed that I had found a great tax go-to guy. I have since used him every year to review items about which I have questions. He has been an excellent resource due to his tax acumen, and an unlikely light-hearted and humorous tax lawyer, who actually makes our calls and interactions fun and enjoyable. I will always give my full vote of confidence to Jon and his work.
