Hi, I had two DUI cases like a month apart (one involving a car accident where I hit a parked car and ended up with a broken leg) and two seperate drug cases (misdemeanor) a malicious destroying of property (keying a girls car) and felony drug case, and truthfully I was guilty of all of them (except ...one that was in my ex-bf's car and I truly didn't know he had anything on him at the time and really I should never even of been arrested in the first place) and Mr. Patton got me COMPLETELY OFF everything. No PBJ or community service or fines. All either dropped because cops messed up paperwork in DUI (both of them!) and like I said the one case was dropped becuase I didnt know my boyfriend had anything illegal and the other was an illegal search so they had to throw out the case. We also went to a trial on the property destruction case and I was found not guilty bc their was no clear witnesses and the girl was caught in a lie in court. EVen the felony case got dropped on a technicality that my lawyer figureed out, he explained that it was about the evidence not being handled the right wayand that I was lucky that happened because otherwise i wouldnt have been able to win. My brother and sister also both used him for their cases, one case was for my brother not seeing his probation officer and the other was for drunk driving. He did a good job on those too and was very nice to explain everything to my parents to calm them down from being very very upset. I will NEVER get in trouble again, Im done w all that, but I would definately recommend Richard V Patton to anyone needing a criminal lawyer.

Mr. Patton did a good job handling 2 cases for me plus a violation of probation. One of the cases got dropped and the other was a plea bargain for a 2nd DUI. Luckily he had me do alcohol treatment before court and make sure I had a steady job which helped me get probartion instead of jail time. I ...was very worried about the cases because I was already on probation but Mr.Patton told me that as long as I completed what he told me to do with treatment and everything that I would be fine. I was a little nervous and confused of what would happen at the probation violation because he didnt really tell me what my punishment would be, just that it was up to the judge so that is why I say he could have kept me better informed. But he did he get my probation reinstated so that was good that I didn't have to go to jail or be on probation for a longer time. Hopefully I will not need a lawyer again but if I did I would hire Mr. Patton again.
