Frank Spector is the third generation of lawyers in his family. At an early age he saw lawyers who represented injured people and he developed a sense of compassion for them. He practices law in that same tradition.
For over 30 years, he has handled all types of medical malpractice cases including brain damage, child injuries, erb’s palsy, cerebral palsy, wrongful death, surgical error, infectious disease, orthopedic injuries, delays in diagnosis, and catastrophic injuries.
He listed in Maryland SuperLawyer Magazine for Medical Malpractice.
He has tried jury trials in serious cases all across the State of Maryland.
Frank is a 1984 graduate of McDonogh School. He attended college at Duke University from 1984-1988 and earned his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law (with honors) in 1991. He is a benefactor of the law school.
He is licensed to practice law in Maryland, and in the District of Columbia.
He has lectured extensively to other lawyers in Maryland and across the country on topics related to trial law, law firm marketing and legal ethics. He has been asked to speak to lawyers from the Maryland State Bar Association, The Baltimore City Bar Association, the Maryland Association For Justice, and the American Association For Justice.
Frank is a member of organizations which are dedicated to helping those who have been injured by medical malpractice and birth injury.
His wife is also a lawyer. She is a former Public Defender and was the Deputy Director For Crime Control and Prevention in the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office.
