I don’t even know where to begin My husband was in an accident and Mr Resnick reached out to him ..So we hired him. He initially sent 1 letter to the Insurance company that we were being represented by him and then nothing. Nothing was ever done after that initial meeting. So while he was in therap...y for 4 months we could not get in contact with this Attorney or this office. I mean I was calling non stop and not 1 return call ... ever! It’s upsurd! We sent documents from the hospital and insurance company to them and just nothing, no ok we have your paperwork or make an appointment I mean nothing. It’s been about 6 months and there has been no contact They are never there when you go to the address given. No phone call to check on their client. No return phone call. I’m sitting here now .... with both hands on knees twiddling my thumbs. The whole situation is baffling!!

I really hope that this review helps someone else, I was contacted by a "contractor " for Jonathan resnik law firm he sounded like he knew what he was talking about so I went with them. Worse thing I could've done 1st after that initial meeting I didn't see or hear from anyone at all even the people ...at the doctor's office couldn't get in touch with anyone in the law office, 2nd when I finally did get in touch with someone they were really nasty so I never called back , 3rd when they finally reached out to me it was not worth the time that I even knew these people 4th when I went to pick up the settlement I thought I was going into a crack house and the young shemeika acted as if I was getting on her nerves. Lesson learned I will never go back or recommend these people to anyone.

I was never able to speak with the attorney. The staff are the worst group of women I have ever had to speak with. They were rude especially Shanika, she actually told me to stop calling their. The women at the front desk cursed at me. This was just the worst experience of my life while i was already... going though other situations about my car not being fixed right. These women need to attend customer service training and proper speech classes. unprofessional
