This lawyer that we hired, did not research our case at all. In fact , we were finding witnesses and getting statements taking them to his office and he never contacted anyone on the list. When we asked him about it, he stated that he talked to people or that he called people and this was not true. W...e had people take off from work because they were connected to the case and the truth and this lawyer never once called anyone. From the legal experts that were involved to the witnesses involved he never contacted anyone for this case. He just took the payment and practically dismissed the family, matter of fact, he talked to the family as if they were beneath him. We always called him most of the time he didn’t answer. On the occasion when he did accept the call ,he sounded like we irritated him by calling.
