Victoria Rose Kunkoski

Ms. Kunkoski is in the WRONG career field. I would say she should be a cashier at Walmart, but she doesn’t even have enough people skills or professionalism for that. She only cares about getting her tally of guilty verdicts on file. She does not care how she goes about it, or how worthless of a plea... agreement she offers in order to obtain them. Ms. Kunkoski is DIRECTLY responsible for putting violent offenders back onto the streets of Baltimore without so much as a slap on the wrist. She has no inclination to see that some sort of justice is done. This so-called attorney is rude and disrespectful to witnesses and court staff, and will go so far as to misrepresent evidence in court. Truly surprising no ethics investigation has been initiated on her!
