Todd Raymond Destwolinski

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Todd. He acted on my best interests in a very detail oriented and efficient manner. He communicated with me as necessary but did not waste my time or money. He was friendly with all parties involved and we accomplished our goal without and problems. I highly recommen...d him!

I sought out the help of Mr. Destwolinski for a malpractice suit for my vehicle. After the initial consultation, he said that he would follow up with me the following week. Then it got pushed off to the next week, and then another. Finally, after 3 months he got back to me, asking for information tha...t I provided for him during the first consultation. He assured me in the beginning that I had a solid case; however, several months later told me that he didn't think there was anything he could do because "the court doesn't operate off of principles/morals". I supposed you'll find success with Todd if your case is profitable enough.

I seeked out a lawyer that was able to represent me in California and Maryland, and my search led me to Todd. I am so thankful for him, he was great to work with. My case was difficult because I moved from CA to MD in the middle of a divorce/custody case, and the opposing party basically disappeared ...and we had a hard time serving him. Todd took all the steps in filing a ton of papers with both courts needed to get through the case. I worked with him for a total of 3.5 years. It was a long and drawn out case, I had moments of impatience, but Todd continually reassured me and kept me grounded. I would hire him again no doubt, and I highly recommend him.
