For many years, I attempted to navigate the court system on my own with the goal of a modified custody order. The original order was also created while I did not have an attorney, due to my idea that keeping the peace would be best for everyone. It was not, and I had no business trying to get anythin...g done on my own. Once things escalated to the point of needing help, I was referred to Todd Destwolinski. Nobody ever wants to find themselves in an unfounded situation that can affect the rest of your life. Having a strong attorney to navigate the court and law is critical. I was in a car accident back in 2021. I was pregnant and had my daughter (2 at the time) in the car with and my car rolled. We somehow walked away with very little physical injuries but emotional both my daughter and I have dealt with a lot.
