Todd Raymond Destwolinski

For many years, I attempted to navigate the court system on my own with the goal of a modified custody order. The original order was also created while I did not have an attorney, due to my idea that keeping the peace would be best for everyone. It was not, and I had no business trying to get anythin...g done on my own. Once things escalated to the point of needing help, I was referred to Todd Destwolinski. He was very understanding of my situation and I felt like he could tell I needed someone to step in and take control of the mess I was in. From the very beginning, Todd knew what steps to take and took care of anything that needed to be filed with the court. Having someone who genuinely cared about the outcome of my case, and was going to fight for me until the end was a huge weight off of me. He was completely honest from the start about all of the possibilities and never tried to spare my feelings by sugar coating anything or telling me anything other than exactly what the situation realistically was. In 2008 my British father married an American in Kauii and moved to Baltimore. About 18 months whilst in England he was served with divorce papers. Being in England with Ill health he was unable to travel back to America. We rang lots of different people in England and America, no one could help us. ...We eventually found Todd and explained our situation. He has been absolutely amazing with his legal advice and guiding us through the process. Todd ensured that meetings could take place online and kept us up to date along the way. Todd would answer his phone whenever we rang and offered assistance. Todd demonstrated compassion and understanding to the predicament Dad found himself in and was sympathetic to Dad's health along the way. Todd was an amazing support for both my Dad and me.
