Richard Scott helped my Father out of a potentially detrimental life altering situation. He handled the case with implicit professionalism and self control. My family hired Mr. Scott for my DUI because of his experience! He kept me informed every step of the way! I just saw a negative post and I think THEY made a terrible mistake! Mr. Scott explained he often doesn't file discovery in advance because if he did, and we landed a bad judge, he wouldn't h...ave a reason for a postponement. That is EXACTLY what happened in my case on the first court date, and it worked!!! Then, he filed all motions since at that point he was in the case. We went to trial the second time, and he got a NOT GUILTY on all counts and now I am not banned from my dream of entering the military!!!! It sounds like the other lawyer who replaced him the day before court did EXACTLY what Mr. Scott planned to do! and he did it with 1 day to court so he OBVIOUSLY didn't have the discovery either - which also shows Mr. Scott was right!!! Except, since that person panicked the day before court, and didn't let him do his job, he ended up having to hire TWO lawyers and wasted his money!!! He should've trusted Mr. Scott like I did!!!!!!!
